We believe that what you put on your skin should be just as healthy as what you eat. Our soaps are made with fresh skin loving oils, nurturing botanicals, antioxidants, mineral rich clays, & pure essential oils to cleanse, hydrate & nourish all skin types. We are paraben, phthalate and sulfate free and never use synthetic dyes or petroleum based ingredients. Small batch cold-process production allows us to ensure the integrity of each ingredient.
Handcrafted from start to finish, all of our soaps are created at our Northern California studio. The process begins with careful assessment of each ingredient, measured out and slowly hand blended until all the oils and botanicals are fully integrated. Poured into simple molds until set, the soap is then hand cut, batch stamped, and cured for 8-10 weeks. When ready we polish, wrap and number the best bars of the batch. Every step of our process is hands-on. It may take more time but allows us to make sure you get the best soap possible.

Zesty, Sweet, Bold
We couldn't resist; Laurel is one of our favorite essential oils with its magnificent scent that is so evocative of our California coast.
Bay Laurel essential oil is traditionally used to encourage healthier skin by promoting circulation and a healthy lymphatic system. Combined with soothing extracts of nettle and willow bark plus emollient camellia seed oil, this vegan bar has a creamy lather that is excellent for daily use and is wonderful for all skin types.Details

Wonderfully moisturizing, surprisingly gentle. Wildcrafted witch hazel, organic nettle leaf and aloe vera help soothe irritated skin and complement an invigorating eucalyptus essential oil blend for a splash of cooling lather.

THIS IS THE BEST SOAP I’VE EVER USED
"I received my first Tonic natural soap as a gift. Immediately I noticed my skin feeling extra great and clean! I didn’t even realize how much it improved my skin until it was all gone. I had to go back to store bought soap. That lasted for a short while until finally I was able to find where to purchase more tonic natural soap. Now I am hooked and never want to go back to the store bought soap I used to get. I LOVE this soap...
Let me start by saying this soap has a very wonderful clean smell! I used it on my face and it left my face noticeably soft and very clean feeling. It didn't leave my skin dry like most bar soaps. I would definitely purchase from this company again!
MY SKIN FEELS MOISTURIZED
I came upon your soap at the treasure island festival and have been using the oatmeal stout. I have had years and years of dry skin, constantly trying to use water based lotions after my showers and using scent free dove, oil of ole, etc. (per the request of my doctor). With our soap I still use lotion afterwards but I can honestly say that My skin feels actually moisturized after I use your soap.
SO HAPPY WITH YOUR PRODUCTS
A few months ago I chanced upon your table at the Marin Farmers market and bought several soaps, some of which I have since given as gifts.I am personally very fond of the Tuscan Orange, which is delightfully fragrant and has lasted me a long time.I was so happy with your products that I recently ordered several more from you, and have the intention to give most of it away as Christmas presents. I think they are all delightful and I will be keeping quite a few for myself this time!
The citrus sampler is a particularly appealing gift idea; I am looking forward to opening (and keeping) one of the five I ordered recently....
Hello 2018! We will be at the San Rafael Sunday Farmers Market January 7, 21 & 28.
