Saponified oils of coconut*, palm**, olive*, cocoa butter*, castor, mango seed butter, avocado, palm kernel, apricot kernel, oat, jojoba*, sweet almond, and argan*; may contain essential and plant-based fragrance oils; botanicals, herbal extracts, goatmilk*, honey*, and clays.

To get the most out of your bar, wet skin, then work the soap up into a gentle lather ~ turn the water off and let the beneficial oils and nourishing botanicals soak into your skin for a few moments before rinsing it all off. You can also use these soaps with your skin brush or washcloth for a beautiful cleanse.

For best results as a shampoo bar, less is better: Get a light lather started in your hands then gently massage that lather into your scalp; focus on the scalp rather than hair. Rinse well with lukewarm water and follow with your favorite conditioner or a spritz of diluted apple cider vinegar.

Keep soap dry between uses for a longer lasting bar.
