Our soaps are unconditionally guaranteed to please you. If you would like to make a return or are unsatisfied with your handcrafted item, please email us at help@tonicnaturals.com or call us at 510-275-3489.If you feel that you have received the wrong product, or the product was damaged in transit, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving the product. If the product was damaged, it would help greatly if you could send us a photo of the product and the box as well. 


Gift Cards and Custom Orders are not returnable.

Shipping fees for returned items are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

 

Domestic ShippingWe ship to any U.S. address served by the United States Postal Service (USPS). This includes delivery to Post Office boxes, rural addresses, and to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We will ship your order to the shipping address noted in your order. If the shipping address listed in the order is incorrect let us know as quickly as possible so we can try to make the necessary corrections. Please note that once an order has shipped to the address provided we won't be able to re-route it.

Orders usually ship within one to two business days. Orders received on weekends or holidays will ship out within the next 2 business days.


All retail orders of $75 or more (before shipping, and any taxes) ship for free via USPS Priority Mail. 

Carriers

While we rely on USPS Mail for most of our order shipments, UPS is available as an alternative and either service can be selected at checkout.

International Shipping is not offered online at this time. Please contact us directly if you would like your order to ship outside of the U.S.
