shipping & returns

Domestic Shipping -We ship to any U.S. address served by the United States Postal Service (USPS). This includes delivery to Post Office boxes, rural addresses, and to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. 

International Shipping - We do not currently offer international shipping online at this time. Please contact us if this is of interest to you.

Carriers -While we rely on USPS Mail for most of our order shipments, UPS is available as an alternative and either service can be selected at checkout.

Fulfillment -Orders usually ship within one to two business days. Orders received on weekends or U.S. Holidays will ship out within the next 2 business days.

While we rely on USPS Priority Mail for most of our order shipments, UPS is available as an alternative and can be selected at checkout.

Address Changes - We will ship your order to the shipping address noted in your order.

If you need to change the shipping address listed on the order please contact us as quickly as possible so we can try to make the necessary corrections before it leaves our studio.

Please note that once an order has shipped to the address provided we will not be able to re-route it.

Free Shipping on Orders $75 and over -All retail orders of $75 or more (before shipping, and any taxes) ship for free via USPS Priority Mail. 

Order confirmations and shipping notifications and updates are sent out via email from help@tonicnaturals.com. If you have strong spam filters please check your spam or junk mail folder for order updates.

You can also opt in for updates via text or messenger at checkout.

Shipping history and tracking information can also be accessed by clicking the "View My Order" link in the order confirmation email.


Please know that while we will do our best to make sure your order gets to you, once the shipper has confirmed delivery of your order to the address provided at checkout, we will not be able to provide any refunds. 


Please email us at orders@tonicnaturals.com as soon as possible if anything arrived damaged. Please include as many details as possible, photos would be very helpful. We will resolve any problems as quickly as we can.


Every time you purchase an item from us, we will balance out the carbon emissions that contribute to climate change by investing in sustainability initiatives to counteract the environmental impact of shipping.

TONIC is committed to reducing the amount of plastic used in the packaging of our products. Some of the ways we are accomplishing this are


The packing peanuts in your order are plastic free and styrofoam free. They are made only from corn, potato, or other plant based starch.

They are light enough to help reduce the amount of energy used in shipping and provide a good amount of protection and insulation. While perfectly re-usable, you can also compost them by dissolving in water first. 

Our packing boxes and tape are made from 100% recycled paper.

Wrapping tissue is unbleached kraft or bamboo, and the shipping labels sport zero waste liners made from 100% recycled paper.

Our products are unconditionally guaranteed to please you. If you would like to make a return or are unsatisfied with your handcrafted item, please email us at help@tonicnaturals.com or call us at 510-275-3489.

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, or the product was damaged in transit, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving the product. If the product was damaged, it would help greatly if you could send us a photo of the product and the box as well. 

Gift Cards and Custom Orders are not returnable.

Shipping fees for returned items are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.



Never run out of soap again! With a subscription your favorite products are automatically delivered at the frequency you choose.


You will receive an email one week before your next order is set to ship.


Your credit card will be billed each time your order ships.

Please note that neither PayPal nor Apple Pay are available for any Subscription payments at this time.

Modify or Cancel

You can update your subscription at any time from the "Sign In / My Account" link in the navigation bar or the Subscription link provided in your order confirmation eMail.

Out of Stock Items
If any items are out of stock we will let you know by email. You won't be charged until that item is back in stock and ready to ship.

We accept all major Credit Cards and PayPal for all online orders except Subscriptions.

Apple Pay is available to those on Safari or an Apple mobile device.

We cannot accept PayPal or Apple Pay for Subscription orders at this time. 

For Custom Orders we require a 50% non-refundable deposit with the balance due at shipment.

Taxes are calculated according to shipping destination and itemized on the Order Summary page.

Due to the nature of our handcrafted products, and the wide variety of natural ingredients used in their formulations, variation in size, color, scent and/or form are expected and are not considered product flaws.

While many of our ingredients are edible, organic and probably delicious, all of our products are for external use only. As with all cosmetic and bodycare products, please discontinue use if any irritation occurs.
