If you are unsatisfied with your handcrafted item, reach out to us at orders@tonicnaturals.com. We will either replace the product or provide you with a refund.
Request a Return or Exchange
Returns are accepted anytime after purchase. To request a return or exchange, please email orders@tonicnaturals.com and provide proof of purchase.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom items or gift cards.
Refunds
Any refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
