If you feel that you have received the wrong product, or the product was damaged in transit, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving the product. If the product was damaged, it would help greatly if you could send us a photo of the product and the box as well. 

While we are happy to fully refund the amount paid for any returned product, any shipping costs are not refundable.

Gift Cards and Custom Orders are not returnable.


We ship to any U.S. address served by the United States Postal Service (USPS). This includes delivery to Post Office boxes, rural addresses, and to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We will ship your order to the shipping address noted in your order. If the shipping address listed in the order is incorrect let us know as quickly as possible so we can try to make the necessary corrections. Please note that once an order has shipped to the address provided we won't be able to re-route it.

Orders usually ship within one to two business day. Orders received on weekends or U.S. Holidays will ship out within the next 2 business days.

All retail orders of $75 or more (before shipping, and any taxes) ship for free via USPS Priority Mail. 
All orders ship out via USPS Priority mail, with the exception of our aromatic room sprays. Because of their alcohol content, room sprays ship out via USPS Ground and may take up to 10 days in transit.

International Shipping is not offered online at this time. Please contact us directly if you would like your order to ship outside of the U.S.
What's up with the packing peanuts?
The packing peanuts in your order are made from corn, potato, or other plant based starch and will melt on contact with water. They are light enough to help reduce the amount of energy used in shipping and provide a good amount of protection and insulation. They are also perfectly re-usable.

Shipping Notifications & Tracking

Order confirmations and shipping notifications and updates are sent out via email from help@tonicnaturals.com. If you have strong spam filters please check your spam or junk mail folder for order updates.

You can also opt in for updates via text or messenger at checkout.

Shipping history and tracking information can also be accessed by clicking the "View My Order" link in the order confirmation email.

Lost Packages

Please know that while we will do our best to make sure your order gets to you, once the shipper has confirmed delivery of your order to the address provided at checkout, we will not be able to provide any refunds. 

Damaged Packages

Please email us at orders@tonicnaturals.com as soon as possible if anything arrived damaged. Please include as many details as possible, photos would be very helpful. We will resolve any problems as quickly as we can.


Taxes are calculated according to shipping destination and itemized on the Order Summary page.

Never run out of soap again! With a subscription your favorite products are automatically delivered at the frequency you choose. You will receive an email a week before your next order is set to ship. Your card will be billed each time your order ships and you can modify or cancel your subscription at any time from the "Sign In / My Account" link in the navigation bar or the Subscription link provided in your order confirmation eMail. You can also log in directly here.

If any items are out of stock we will let you know by email. You won't be charged until that item is back in stock and ready to ship. And as always, if you any questions please contact us.

Please note that neither PayPal nor Apple Pay are available for any Subscription payments at this time.


We accept all major Credit Cards and PayPal for all online orders except Subscriptions.
Apple Pay is available to those on Safari or an Apple mobile device. We cannot accept PayPal or Apple Pay for Subscription orders at this time. 
We can not accept orders or order payments over the phone.

For Custom Orders we require a 50% non-refundable deposit with the balance due at shipment.

Customers can request access to their personal data in 2 ways:

  • Logged-in customers can reach the My Personal Data page through their account page. (Note: you have to be logged-in to see this page, otherwise you will redirected to the Request Personal Data page)

  • Guests or logged-out customers can start the process to request their personal data by verifying their email address first. To verify your email please navigate to our Request Personal Data page and follow the prompts.

While many of our ingredients are edible, organic and probably delicious, all of our products are for external use only. As with all cosmetic and bodycare products, please discontinue use if any irritation occurs.

Due to the nature of our handcrafted products, and the wide variety of natural ingredients used in their formulations, variation in size, color, scent and/or form are expected and are not considered product flaws.
