Our soaps are unconditionally guaranteed to please you. If you would like to make a return or are unsatisfied with your handcrafted item, please email us at email@example.com or call us at 510-275-3489.
Gift cards and custom orders are not returnable.
If you feel that you have received the wrong product, or the product was damaged in transit, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving the product.
If the product was damaged, it would help greatly if you could send us a photo of the product and the box as well.
In stock products
Orders are usually fulfilled and shipped within three business day of receipt.
We will reach out to you in the very unlikely event that an order will take longer than three business days to fulfill.
Custom orders may take longer, depending on the complexity of that order.
Expected fulfillment date(s) will be agreed upon before confirmation and acceptance of any custom orders.
We ship to any U.S. address served by the United States Postal Service (USPS). This includes delivery to Post Office boxes, rural addresses, and to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
We will ship your order to the shipping address noted in your order. If the shipping address listed in the order is incorrect let us know as quickly as possible so we can try to make the necessary corrections. Please note that once an order has shipped to the address provided we won't be able to re-route it.
While we rely on USPS Mail for most of our order shipments, UPS is available as an alternative and either service can be selected at checkout.
Free Shipping on Orders $75 and over
All retail orders of $75 or more (before shipping, and any taxes) ship for free via USPS or UPS Ground.
Please contact us directly if you would like your order to ship outside of the U.S.
Shipping times depend on the type of shipping service chosen at checkout. The times listed below are estimates provided by the carriers.
When checking out, you will see the actual estimated shipping time to your delivery address.
Please know that certain packages may take longer than usual to arrive, depending on extreme weather and other events.

Order confirmations and shipping notifications and updates are sent out via email from firstname.lastname@example.org. If you have strong spam filters please check your spam or junk mail folder for order updates.
You can also opt in for updates via text or messenger at checkout.
Shipping history and tracking information can also be accessed by clicking the "View My Order" link in the order confirmation email or text.
LOST OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
All orders shipped via USPS Priority or UPS are automatically insured. If your package is marked as lost by the carrier we will reimburse you for your order as soon as the carrier accepts the insurance claim.
Please know that while we will do our best to make sure your order gets to you, we will not provide any refunds once the shipper has confirmed delivery of your order, or has confirmed attempted delivery(ies), to the address provided at checkout.
Please email us at email@example.com as soon as possible if anything arrived damaged. Please include as many details as possible, photos would be very helpful. We will resolve any problems as quickly as we can.
The packing peanuts in your order are plastic free and styrofoam free. They are made of a plant based starch like sorghum, corn, or potato.
Because of their light weight, using these peanuts helps reduce the amount of energy used in shipping and provides a good amount of protection and insulation.
They are also perfectly re-usable, but if you do want to compost them just dissolve in water first.
Creating an account gives you a faster checkout experience and allows you to manage your delivery addresses, orders and subscriptions.
To create your account click on the account icon at the upper right corner of this page or navigate to https://www.tonicnaturals.com/account.
To change your password navigate to the account log in page then click on the "forgot password" link.
We accept all major Credit Cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay for all online non-subscription orders.
Apple Pay is available to those on Safari or an Apple mobile device.
We cannot accept PayPal or Apple Pay for Subscription orders at this time.
We can not accept orders or order payments over the phone.
For Custom Orders we require a 50% non-refundable deposit with the balance due at shipment.
Taxes are calculated according to shipping destination and itemized on the Order Summary page.
Customers can start the process to request their personal data by verifying their email address first. To verify your email please navigate to our Request Personal Data page and follow the prompts.
With auto delivery your favorite products are automatically delivered at the frequency you choose.
To sign up just select "auto-delivery" when adding an item to the cart.
You will receive an email a week before your next order is set to ship.
Your card will be billed at the time your order is scheduled to ship.
Change, cancel or pause
You can modify or cancel your subscription at any time from the "Sign In / My Account" link in the navigation bar or the Subscription link provided in your order confirmation eMail.
Out of Stock Items
If any items are out of stock we will let you know by email. You won't be charged until that item is back in stock and ready to ship.

While many of our ingredients are edible, organic and probably delicious, all of our products are for external use only. As with all cosmetic and bodycare products, please discontinue use if any irritation occurs.
Due to the nature of our handcrafted products, and the wide variety of natural ingredients used in their formulations, variation in size, color, scent and/or form are expected and are not considered product flaws.
