Shipping Policy
Fulfillment
We ship to any U.S. address served by the United States Postal Service (USPS). This includes delivery to Post Office boxes, rural addresses, and to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
International Shipping is not offered online at this time. Please contact us directly if you would like your order to ship outside of the U.S.
We will ship your order to the shipping address noted in your order. If the shipping address listed in the order is incorrect let us know as quickly as possible so we can try to make the necessary corrections before the package is handed off to the shipper. Unfortunately once an order has shipped to the address provided we won't be able to re-route it.
Unless otherwise requested at checkout, all orders ship out via USPS Ground Advantage.
Orders usually ship within three business day. Orders received on weekends or U.S. Holidays will ship out within the next three business days.
All retail orders of $75 or more (before shipping, and any taxes) ship for free via USPS Mail.
Shipping Notifications & Tracking
Order confirmations, shipping updates, and other notifications will be coming from orders@tonicnaturals.com. If you don't see them, be sure to check your spam or junk folder.
You can also opt in for updates via text or messenger at checkout.
Shipping history and tracking information can viewed in your account or by clicking the "View My Order" link in the order confirmation email.
Lost Packages
If your order is lost, we will do what we can to help track down your lost order. While we strive to ensure your order reaches you, please note that we cannot issue refunds once the shipper confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at orders@tonicnaturals.com as soon as possible. To help us resolve the issue quickly, include as many details as you can, and photos would be very helpful.
