If you feel that you have received the wrong product, or the product was damaged in transit, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 72 hours of receiving the product. If the product was damaged, it would help greatly if you could send us a photo of the product and the box.
While we are happy to fully refund the amount paid for any returned product, any shipping costs are not refundable.
