Cancellation Policy

Some items like subscriptions, pre-orders, or custom items have specific cancellation rules. Here's how to change or cancel them:


Subscriptions

  • You'll get regular deliveries based on your chosen frequency.

  • Payments are charged per delivery (unless you pay upfront).

  • Some subscriptions auto-renew; you can cancel if you don't want to renew.

  • You can cancel or change your subscription anytime using links in your order confirmation emails, or logging into your account.

Pre-orders

  • You're buying an item that's not yet available.

  • Depending on the quantity and/or particular item, we might take a partial deposit initially, then charge the rest when we ship.

  • You can cancel a partially paid pre-order before it ships.

  • Once fulfilled, you can't cancel but can request a refund. See our returns & refund policy for details.

Custom Orders

  • These items are made specifically for you.

  • We require a 50% deposit to start production, with the rest charged upon delivery.

  • You can cancel anytime, but your deposit is non-refundable.
